This is a short article covering the basics of logging in to your InsightGig account. It also covers instructions on resetting your password.

Signing in to your account

To log in to InsightGig, please follow these steps.

  • Visit the Homepage and click on 'Log in' at the top right of the screen. (For a direct link, click here)
  • Fill in your email address and password and press Log in.

  • If you signed up using your Google credentials, click on 'Log in with Google' and follow the instructions. If you are already signed into your Google account on the same browser, you will enter your InsightGig account directly.

Note: When logging in, please follow the same method used while creating the account. If you created your account using your Google credentials, use the same method to log in every time.

Reset forgotten password

  • If you signed up using your email address and forgot your password, you can recover access by clicking here or by clicking on the hyperlink on 'No Problem' on the login screen.

  • On this screen, enter the email address used to sign up for InsightGig and click on Send instructions.

  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link will expire in one hour, so be quick to change your password! You can always request another link if you need to. 
  • The link on the email would take you to a page with this screen. Enter your new password, press Reset password and you are good to go! You will also receive an email confirming your password change.

Note:

If you signed up using your Google credentials and forgot your password, please reset your password on Google.
