As an expert, you will receive notifications via email for several events that occur on the InsightGig platform. These notifications ensure that you never miss out on anything happening on the platform! The table below provides the full list of emails that you will receive from the InsightGig platform.

To enable you to verify your email post signing up.

Email verified email

After email verification.

To inform you that your email is verified, and you will be able to use the platform after your profile is approved.

Welcome email 

After the profile is approved.

To welcome you to the platform!

New brief email

When you receive a 'private brief' from a prospective client.

To notify you to take a look at the new brief you just received!

Brief reminder email

If you do not respond to a brief in 48 hours.

To remind you to respond to the brief just in case it slipped through the cracks.

Proposal accepted email

When your prospective client accepts your proposal.

To let you know that you won the bid!

Proposal declined email

When your prospective client declines your proposal.

To let you know that you lost the bid :(. Better luck next time.

Set up milestones email

Once the project is underway and milestones have not been set up for 48 hours.

To remind you to set up milestones for your recently underway project.

Project completed email

When the client marks the project as completed.

To let you know that you have successfully completed the project!

Leave a review email

Once InsightGig Admin confirms the project is completed.

To encourage you to review your client for the benefit of others.

Review received email

Once you receive a review from the client.

To let you know that you have received a review from the client for the completed project.

Chat message email

For every chat message sent by your client to you.

To alert you that a chat message has been sent by your client.

Happy birthday email

On your birthday!

Please note that all the system-generated emails will be sent from [email protected]. If you do not receive an email that you were supposed to, do look for it in the Junk/Spam folder.
